On the spur of the moment, I decided to do the North Central Washington Shop Hop this past weekend! I made to every quilt shop on the list, so I was able to enter the drawing for the fabulous prizes! I hope I win something :)! At each shop, I received a pattern for that shop's block from the shop hop quilt, "Fall in Love with North Central Washington." On the quilt, you can see the cascade mountains, omak stampede, fall leaves, washington apples, etc. It's very pretty. You can see it in the Fabric Patch quilt store in Ephrata, The Attic Window quilt shop in Wenatchee, and a halloween version (blacks and oranges) in the Leavenworth quilt shop. Anyhow, the drive through the area was nice. There were many places where the trees have begun to change...lots of yellow and reds to be seen.
The other quilt pictured is the Home Sweet Home quilt that is the raffle quilt for this next weekends North Central Washington Quilt Guild's Wenatchee Quilt show. I'd love to win that one!
