I thought it was about time to start up a page where we could all share pictures of the different sewing projects we make, or another other crafty ideas we might run across! We could make lists of different websites that we like, and what patterns we like/don't like, etc.
I'll start...I went to the Buggy Barn quilt show this past weekend. Debbie noted a quilt there (pattern was called Carpenter's star) that she'd like to make. We both happened to go to the Log Cabin Dry Goods quilt store in Spokane, and low and behold, we found the pattern there. 
The colors chosen on this quilt make it appear that it is made with diamonds, but it only uses squares and half-square triangles.
The quilt we saw at Log Cabin Dry Goods in Spokane was more of a scrappy floral quilt, with a whitish background color.
